Con excepci\u00f3n de los Distritos Notariales de San Juan y Ponce, en los restantes distritos notariales habr\u00e1 un archivo y el Juez Presidente o la Jueza Presidenta nombrar\u00e1 un Archivero o una Archivera Notarial de Distrito, quien resolver\u00e1 todo lo concerniente a dichos archivos.<\/p>\n<p>Los archivos notariales de distrito reciben y custodian la obra notarial de los notarios y las notarias que hayan fallecido, que se encuentren suspendidos o suspendidas o que hayan cesado voluntaria o involuntariamente del ejercicio notarial. La obra se depositar\u00e1 en el archivo correspondiente al distrito notarial en la cual ubic\u00f3 la sede notarial del notario o de la notaria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 servicios ofrecen los archiveros y las archiveras notariales?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los archiveros y las archiveras notariales de distrito tienen el deber de expedir, previa solicitud de una parte requirente con legitimo inter\u00e9s, copias de los documentos que obran en los Protocolos y los Libros de Testimonios bajo su custodia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 horario se ofrecen los servicios?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los Archivos Notariales del Distrito Notarial de San Juan y del Distrito Notarial de Ponce ofrecen servicios de lunes a viernes, en un horario ininterrumpido desde las 8:30 a.m. hasta las 5:00 p.m., salvo fines de semanas y d\u00edas feriados.
